Solve a sensors problems: when your garage door sensors prevent the garage door from closing, although nothing is at the door’s path,  it means that the sensors “think” that there is something there, that may happen due to few options: one of the sensors (or both) was accidently moved, and it is not facing the other sensor anymore. Another option is that there is some dirt on the lens. Or maybe the wire which connect the sensor to the motor is disconnected, and the motor does not receive signal from the sensor.
But even the above solutions can’t always solve the problem, since there are many options which can lead to a sensor problem. But one thing must be clear, the safety sensors are there to protect people from getting hurt by the garage door, and you should NEVER ignore the need for them.
